We accept returns and exchanges for scrunchies and hair accessories, provided the items are unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide the following information:
- Your order number
- Details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Photos of the product if applicable
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide the following information:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the product
- Photos of the original packaging
Once your claim has been reviewed and verified, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Refund Process
